Meet the team
Mandy Bazemore, MSN, AGNP-C
I began my nursing career in 2001 on a medical-surgical floor in Statesville, North Carolina, where I learned the importance of compassion, precision, and building trust with patients. After moving to Charlotte, I discovered medical aesthetics and realized how much I enjoyed helping people feel more confident in their appearance.
Since 2004, I’ve focused on skin health and injectables, providing treatments that enhance natural beauty while keeping results subtle and balanced. My approach is grounded in honesty, education, and genuine care, with the goal of helping each patient feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
As a co-founder of Miramae Medical Skin Care Studio, I’m grateful to work alongside a team that shares the same commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the mountains, being with family and friends, staying creative, and researching the latest anti-aging treatments and skincare innovations.
Rhonda Johnston, Medical Esthetician
I am a licensed esthetician and make-up artist, maintaining my credentials through ongoing education and advanced training sessions. I also keep up-to-date on the latest skin care products to hit the market so I can recommend the ideal solution for you.
I have always had a love and passion for skin care and I have worked in the health and beauty industry for 17 years helping others achieve their skin care goals. Today, I continue to help others, while living out my own dream of having my own skin care studio.

Rochelle Luna, PA
I’m originally from Sarasota, FL but moved to Orlando to complete my bachelors degree in biology at UCF. Afterwards, I spent two years in medical research where I decided I wanted to become a PA. I attended Nova Southeastern University in Orlando to complete my masters degree for physician assistant. My first two years of medical practice were focused on dermatology and aesthetics. As my passion for aesthetics grew, I transitioned to working for a plastic surgeon. This environment allowed me to use my knowledge and skills of skin health and injectables exclusively. I’ve been injecting neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers since 2015 and have worked with a variety of products on the US market. I love diving into the research of how the products work and applying that knowledge to the art of injecting.
I’ve been in Charlotte since July of 2020. It’s always been my dream to live in NC and with my husband pivoting his career from police officer to realtor, we knew this was the right time to transition. We have two kids, girl and boy and are looking forward to raising them here in Charlotte. I can’t wait to meet you all!
Marlo Hedrick, Medical Esthetician
I grew up in Charlotte, NC, and earned my Business Entrepreneurship degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2019. Joining Miramae straight out of esthetics school in 2021 has been a wonderful journey. I’m deeply passionate about skincare and overall wellness, seeing them as integral to each other. I enjoy connecting with clients and helping them achieve their skincare goals, with a special affinity for treatments like Skin Pen.
Outside of work, I’m happily married and eagerly awaiting the arrival of our baby girl in June. Our family includes a German shepherd and two cats. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking healthy meals, and spending time outdoors. Any tropical destination is my happy place!
Caroline Clippard MSN, FNP-C
Logan Hardin, Licensed Esthetician
I’m originally from a small town called Dallas, just outside Charlotte, NC but moved to Charlotte in 2015 to study Business and Communications at UNCC. After starting my career in logistics at a corporate company, I made the decision to pursue my passion for aesthetics. I love helping people feel confident in their skin and am passionate about skincare, healthy living, and fitness. My favorite treatments include the Geneo and SkinPen. I am engaged and planning to elope this year!
Caitlin Michaleski, Practice Director
As the Practice Director here at Miramae, my goal is to create an inviting and seamless experience from the moment you step through our door. I bring my experience as a Special Education teacher, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and personalized support. I strive to cultivate a warm and caring atmosphere while facilitating our daily operations, coordinating with our dedicated representatives, and overseeing the systems that keep everything running smoothly.
Originally from Long Island, New York, I made the move to Charlotte in 2021 with my husband and two boys. As a busy mom, I enjoy balancing family life and work, which strengthens my dedication to creating a nurturing environment for everyone at Miramae.
Clare Brandt, Guest Services Coordinator
Originally from the city that never sleeps, I took a leap of faith and moved south in 2021. Witnessing the evolution of the beauty industry while growing up in the heart of New York inspired me to pursue a career in cosmetology. While not working at Miramae, I hold a full-time position as a hair stylist where I specialize in color and extensions.
What fascinates me most about the beauty industry is the power of minor enhancements and adjustments unlocking newfound confidence within each individual.

Emma Mosley, Aesthetic RN
Emma is originally from Mt. Airy and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Queens University. As an Aesthetic RN, Emma wants to help clients improve their skin health and feel confident in their appearance through personalized, results-driven care.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time at the lake, with her husband, family, and her two dogs.
