Meet the team

Mandy Bazemore, RN

In 2001, I proudly embraced my calling as a registered nurse, dedicating my skills to the care of others on a Medical Surgical floor in the heart of Statesville, NC. However, life’s journey led me to Charlotte, where I discovered a new path that ignited my passion: Medical Aesthetics.

Since 2004, my journey has been filled with the artistry of lasers, specializing in hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and cellulite reduction. In 2008, I took on the role of an injector, diligently honing techniques with precision and grace. My expertise extends to Botox, Dysport, Restylane fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, Kybella, and Renuva.

Beyond the artistry of injecting lies a deeper commitment – a dedication to nurturing profound, enduring connections with my clients. For me, the realm of medical aesthetics is a canvas where trust blooms, fostering relationships that stand the test of time.

I believe injecting transcends the mere pursuit of aesthetic beauty; it’s a transformative journey that empowers individuals to redirect their focus from perceived flaws to more positive, meaningful aspects of their lives. My philosophy is rooted in preserving the innate beauty of each client, accentuating the features they adore while addressing any concerns with subtlety and finesse.

Rhonda Johnston, Medical Esthetician

I am a licensed esthetician and make-up artist, maintaining my credentials through ongoing education and advanced training sessions. I also keep up-to-date on the latest skin care products to hit the market so I can recommend the ideal solution for you.

I have always had a love and passion for skin care and I have worked in the health and beauty industry for 17 years helping others achieve their skin care goals. Today, I continue to help others, while living out my own dream of having my own skin care studio.

Rochelle Luna, PA

I’m originally from Sarasota, FL but moved to Orlando to complete my bachelors degree in biology at UCF. Afterwards, I spent two years in medical research where I decided I wanted to become a PA. I attended Nova Southeastern University in Orlando to complete my masters degree for physician assistant. My first two years of medical practice were focused on dermatology and aesthetics. As my passion for aesthetics grew, I transitioned to working for a plastic surgeon. This environment allowed me to use my knowledge and skills of skin health and injectables exclusively. I’ve been injecting neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers since 2015 and have worked with a variety of products on the US market. I love diving into the research of how the products work and applying that knowledge to the art of injecting.

I’ve been in Charlotte since July of 2020. It’s always been my dream to live in NC and with my husband pivoting his career from police officer to realtor, we knew this was the right time to transition. We have two kids, girl and boy and are looking forward to raising them here in Charlotte. I can’t wait to meet you all!

Marlo Hedrick, Medical Esthetician

I grew up in Charlotte, NC, and earned my Business Entrepreneurship degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2019. Joining Miramae straight out of esthetics school in 2021 has been a wonderful journey. I’m deeply passionate about skincare and overall wellness, seeing them as integral to each other. I enjoy connecting with clients and helping them achieve their skincare goals, with a special affinity for treatments like Skin Pen.

Outside of work, I’m happily married and eagerly awaiting the arrival of our baby girl in June. Our family includes a German shepherd and two cats. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking healthy meals, and spending time outdoors. Any tropical destination is my happy place!

Marlo Stover, Medical Esthetician

I grew up in Charlotte but left to complete my Business Entrepreneurship degree from Florida Atlantic University. After college I lived in Sydney & Gold Coast, Australia and traveled the world. I later decided to move home and further pursue my interest in aesthetics. I have always been passionate about skincare and overall healthy living and firmly believe they go hand in hand. My favorite service to perform is Skin Pen.

I am engaged and will be getting married in November 2022 in John’s Island, SC. Outside of work, you can find me at a coffee shop/juice bar or spending time with friends and family. My fiance and I share a German Shepherd named Atlas and a chocolate brown cat named Moose.

Caroline Clippard MSN, FNP-C

I grew up in Lenoir, NC and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2014 in the pursuit of both professional and personal opportunities. I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner graduating from the University of South Carolina. I have nearly ten years of nursing experience with a background in Cardiovascular surgery and Neurosurgery. Skin care and beauty have always been a natural passion for me and I truly enjoy helping others look and feel their best. The aesthetic industry has allowed me to combine my passion and my profession to deliver Botox/Dysport and Dermal Filler. I prioritize a comprehensive assessment as well as making patients feel comfortable in my chair and in their own skin. I am excited to join the Miramae team where I can form long lasting relationships with my patients and use my skills to not only enhance self-confidence but also create natural and beautiful results. I am happily married and enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling the world, and trying new restaurants.

Logan Elliott, Licensed Esthetician

I’m originally from a small town called Dallas, just outside Charlotte, NC but moved to Charlotte in 2015 to study Business and Communications at UNCC. After starting my career in logistics at a corporate company, I made the decision to pursue my passion for aesthetics. I love helping people feel confident in their skin and am passionate about skincare, healthy living, and fitness. My favorite treatments include the Geneo and SkinPen. I am engaged and planning to elope this year!

Mary Ciampi, Medical Esthetician

I grew up at the Jersey Shore but attended East Carolina University for a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Communications. Having worked in Public Relations for the aesthetic industry in NYC, I decided to pursue my passion for esthetics and skin care. After completing my education at the Aveda Institute in Soho, NYC, I worked as a Licensed Medical Esthetician in a financial District MedSpa followed by a 2 year position with a Plastic Surgery Medical Spa in New Jersey. I pursued my dream of relocating back to North Carolina and found a home for my aesthetics practice at Miramae. I bring a broad span of knowledge and skills in skin care and non-surgical Medical Spa treatments, including micro-needling, chemical peels, facials, and lasers. I’m recognized for my sweet and pleasant disposition and love getting to know my clients. I believe a thorough consultation is key in developing individualized treatment plans and my goal is to work with you in achieving healthy, beautiful skin!

Haley Little, Licensed Esthetician

Hi there! I’m Haley, a licensed esthetician who graduated from the Aveda Institute in Charlotte, NC. I grew up in Denver, NC and have lived in Charlotte for 3 years now. When I’m not in my treatment room, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and will take any opportunity to go snow skiing. I’ve had a lifelong passion for skin care and what started as a personal interest has inspired me to pursue a career where I can empower others in their skin care journey.

Caitlin Michaleski, Office Assistant

I’m Caitlin, your welcoming presence at the front desk of Miramae. Leveraging a decade of experience as a Special Education Teacher, I’ve smoothly transitioned my skills into client hospitality, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operations of our space.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Molloy University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Touro University in New York, I bring a unique blend of communication skills and a commitment to cultivating welcoming spaces.

Having relocated from Long Island to Charlotte in 2021 with my Husband and two sons, I’ve brought my passion for nurturing environments to Miramae. Beyond my professional role, I’ve found a personal interest in skincare. This interest influences how I approach interactions with clients, adding care and attention, similar to how one might approach caring for skin with attention and detail. I’m excited to be a part of your Miramae experience and to ensure your visit is not just pleasant but also exceptionally smooth and tailored to your needs. Your comfort and satisfaction are my priorities, and I look forward to making your time at Miramae truly enjoyable.

Clare Brandt, OFFICE ASSISTANT

Originally from the city that never sleeps, I took a leap of faith and moved south in 2021. Witnessing the evolution of the beauty industry while growing up in the heart of New York inspired me to pursue a career in cosmetology. While not working at Miramae, I hold a full-time position as a hair stylist where I specialize in color and extensions.

What fascinates me most about the beauty industry is the power of minor enhancements and adjustments unlocking newfound confidence within each individual. As an assistant at Miramae, I am dedicated to creating an environment where stepping through the doors means stepping into a haven of ease and comfort. I am committed to ensuring that your experience transcends beyond the surface, leaving you not only looking but feeling your absolute best!
